“I was hesitant to start sleep training our son Ezra at 5.5 months old because up until that point we had bed shared, fed to sleep, and held him for every nap. We never had success getting him to sleep in his bassinet or crib, and I was doubtful that sleep training would work for our strong-willed little guy. But my husband and I were getting to the point where we needed our space back and felt that something had to change in our little one’s sleep habits, so we decided to give sleep training a try.
Samantha is wonderful! she is warm and approachable, and is extremely knowledgeable about infant sleep. She created a personalized sleep plan for Ezra based on our situation, preferences, and comfort level, which also included guidance for nap training and night weaning. Sam was extremely accessible to us by phone, text, and app as we started sleep training - she consistently provided advice, encouragement, support, and tweaks to our plan as needed.
By the end of the first week, Ezra only cried for a few short minutes before falling asleep, and now he goes to sleep for naps and at night without a peep, waking only once at night to feed (which is my preference for now, but will use our plan to help with night weaning in the future). I did not think it was possible our little one could learn to fall asleep on his own, and I truly believe we would not have had such success without Samantha’s guidance. Our little one is sleeping better and is so much happier, and we have more time and energy back now that he has learned to sleep independently. We’re so grateful for Samantha and would recommend her to anyone looking for sleep support!”

“Sam was amazing to work with. She was very thorough in her assesment of our son and gave us a bunch of options to make sure that the plan we chose fit our needs and lifestyle. Before sleep training our son would wake up multiple times a night for a bottle and naps were inconsistent. When we began the sleep training Sam helped us wean our baby off the bottle and regularly checked in with us to gave us suggestions to tweak our plan as we went along. We felt so supported by Sam throughout the entire process. After going through the program our son is no longer waking for bottles, naps have been long and consistent, and it has taken a lot of the stress out of putting him down to sleep.
